Insurance
Did you even consider, what would happen to your home, your loved ones or your business if you were diagnosed with a critical illness or even worse, in the event of your death? At Mortgage Advice Centre (NI) we will advise you on what insurance best suits your needs in the event of the unexpected occurring. We can help ensure you protect what matters most in your life!
Life Insurance
This type of insurance pays out a lump sum on death or diagnosis or a terminal illness over a specific term. It protects your loved one’s if you were not around. This level of cover can remain level over the term or decrease over the term if protecting a mortgage.
Critical Illness Cover
Critical illness cover pays out on diagnosis of a critical illness. Some providers even cover your children to a specific age. There are many providers offering many different levels of cover – here at Mortgage Advice Centre (NI) we can search the market for the most suitable cover to fit your needs at a budget to suit.
Income Protection
What would happen if you were unable to work due to an accident or sickness? If you were entitled to statutory sick pay would this be enough to pay your bills, rent or mortgage, travel, living costs, etc. It is likely most people would find it difficult to get by. An income protection plan pays out a fixed amount every month for a certain period or until you go back to work. Come and see us to see how we can help!
Family Income Benefit
This is a type of life insurance where the policy pays out a regular, fixed, tax free benefit as opposed to a lump sum. Regular payments are paid out to your loved ones until the end of the policy term.
Over 50’s Whole-of-life cover
As the name suggests this type of cover ensures you help protect your family from financial hardship in the event of not being around.
Private Medical Insurance
Private medical insurance can help pay for some or all the costs for private consultations and/or treatment if you get sick, whether that be for something minor such as back pain or something major like a suspected critical illness.
